Alaturka represented Turkish music in the "International Choirs of Oslo Concert" this evening, organized by The Norwegian Choir Association. The programme was opened by Marianne Borgen, the Mayor of Oslo. Observing that the vast majority of choirs in Oslo are founded and attended by ethnically Norwegian music enthusiasts, this concert was designed by The Norwegian Choir Association as a multicultural infusion into the choir scene of Oslo. The main idea behind this project was to encourage and celebrate the city's already existing but few new-Norwegian choirs, and hopefully offer musical incentive to its many other multicultural groups to take part in the choir world.
Norveç Korolar Birliği'nin düzenlemiș olduğu, Oslo Belediye Bașkanı Marianne Borgen'in açılıș konușmasını yaptığı "Oslo'nun Çok Kültürlü Koroları Konseri"nde Alaturka olarak sahne aldık. Repertuvarımız Nihavend Longa, Bal Arısı, ve Deniz Üstü Köpürür idi. Oslo'daki koroların büyük çoğunluğunun etnik Norveçli korolar olduğunun farkındalığı ve koro hayatında çok kültürlülük temennisi ile, Oslo'da yașayan farklı kültür gruplarını koro faaliyetlerinde bulunmaya teșvik amaçlı olarak tasarlanmıș olan bu konserde Turkiye'yi temsil etmekten büyük keyif aldık.
