Alaturka started 2017/2018 sesongen med en mini-konsert ved åpningen av "Mother Tongue" utstillingen på Interkulturelt Museum. Seks videokunstnere fra Tyrkia deltok i utstillingen som omhander tema som ytringsfrihete og kvinners rettigheter i et konservativt autoritært tradisjonelt ssamfunn. 21. september 2017, Interkulturelt Museum, Oslo

Alaturka opened the 2017/2018 season with a mini concert at the opening evening of the Mother Tongue exhibition on 21 Eylul 2017. The exhibition took place at the Interkulturelt Museum in Oslo, and featured six installations by six Turkish video artists and offered insight into concepts such as freedom of speech and women's rights in a conservative political setting. https://www.oslomuseum.no/
